How do I access the Summit?
Our 2021 Summit is taking place on hopin. When you bought a ticket, an email was sent to you with the subject line, “Your Response-ability Summit Ticket“. It included instructions to register and a link to access the event.
Note: If you have not received this email, please check your Spam folder. If you cannot find it, use the online chat on this website to contact us quickly, or email hello@response-ability.tech.
To access the summit:
- If you don’t already have a Hopin account, please create one: https://hopin.com/sign_up.
- Register for the Summit by clicking the link you received in your email.
- Select RAS21 Event Ticket (free) and click Checkout.
You’re now registered for the 2021 Response-ability Summit. Twenty-four (24) hours before the event starts, you will receive a reminder email from hopin, and another one 60 minutes before, with a link to access the event.
We recommend downloading the PDF programme or bookmarking the online programme so you know what’s coming up and when. Hopin only displays sessions five minutes before they start.

How do I ensure the best experience in hopin?
Follow these tips to ensure you get the best experience in hopin:
- Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox – hopin works best on these browsers.
- Close off all other applications that use your camera or mic, including Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Skype, etc.
- Ensure you have as few programmes (Office 365) working in the background as possible.
- Share/allow permissions for camera and mic when prompted.
- Ensure your volume is turned up/on.
- If you’re using bluetooth headphones, ensure they are charged and connected to the machine you are using.
How do I register for a workshop?
You can register for one of the workshops from this page. The workshops are taking place in hopin.
If the workshop registration has closed, and you’ve bought a ticket, you may still be able to attend a workshop. Email hello@response-ability.tech and let us know the name of the workshop you want to attend. We will let the workshop leaders know to expect you.
