Prof. Kate Robson Brown

Professor Kate Robson Brown is Director of the Jean Golding Institute (JGI), which focuses on data science and data-intensive research, at the University of Bristol. She is also the Alan Turing Institute University Lead – Bristol and Co-Chair of the Programme Committee. Kate is Professor of Biological Anthropology and is affiliated to both the School of Arts and the School of Civil, Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol. She obtained her PhD in phylogenetics at the University of Cambridge. Kate will be moderating our panel discussion.
